Mission
Our Purpose
The Little Fishermen’s Ministry is committed to guiding children on their journey of faith while instilling a passion for the outdoors. Through engaging lessons and activities, we cultivate a community of young disciples eager to explore God's creation.
Initiatives
Faith in Action
Our incentives are designed to encourage participation, growth, and faithfulness rather than competition.
Children are recognized for effort, kindness, perseverance, and willingness to learn. Incentives reinforce positive behavior and spiritual growth, helping children see that character and faith matter more than performance or outcomes.
Through encouragement and affirmation, children are motivated to continue growing in confidence, responsibility, and discipleship.
Bible Lessons
Bible lessons at The Little Fishermen’s Ministry are taught through real life experiences rather than classrooms alone.
Children learn Scripture in ways they can see, feel, and apply. Lessons are shared through stories, conversations, and moments that naturally arise during activities. This approach helps children understand that God’s Word is not separate from daily life, but something that guides how we live, serve, and care for others.
Community Events
Our community events create space for families to gather, serve, and grow together through shared experiences rooted in faith.
These events are designed to welcome everyone, offering opportunities for connection, encouragement, and discipleship beyond the water. Through fellowship, service, and conversation, children and adults alike are reminded that faith is lived out in community and strengthened through relationships.

Fishing Tournaments
Our fishing tournaments are more than competitions. They are intentional opportunities for discipleship, where children learn patience, humility, integrity, and encouragement through shared experience.
As kids fish side by side, they are guided by mentors who model faith, respect for creation, and perseverance. The focus is not on winning, but on growth. Children learn how to handle success with gratitude, disappointment with grace, and responsibility with care.
Each tournament becomes a living lesson in teamwork, self control, and walking alongside others in faith.

Kid-led Initiatives
Kid led initiatives give children the chance to step into leadership while being supported through discipleship and guidance.
Children are encouraged to lead projects, serve their peers, and take responsibility for ideas that benefit the group. Adults walk with them, teaching by example and helping them grow in confidence, discernment, and purpose.
Through these experiences, children learn that leadership is not about control, but about service. They discover that their voices matter and that God can use them, even now, to encourage and inspire others.
