Refund Policy

The Little Fishermen’s Ministry is committed to being fair, transparent, and respectful of families while stewarding resources responsibly.

Event Registrations

  • Event registration fees help cover planning, permits, supplies, and materials

  • Event fees are generally non-refundable once registration is completed

However, refunds may be considered if:

  • An event is canceled by The Little Fishermen’s Ministry

  • A serious circumstance arises and is communicated in advance

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of the ministry.

Weather & Outdoor Events

Many of our events take place outdoors. Events may proceed in light rain or be adjusted for safety. Weather-related cancellations or rescheduling will be communicated as early as possible.

Books & Merchandise

  • All book and merchandise sales are final

  • Damaged items received by mail may be replaced if reported within 7 days of delivery

Donations

All donations made to The Little Fishermen’s Ministry are non-refundable, as they directly support ministry activities and outreach.

Financial Hardship

If cost is a barrier to participation, families are encouraged to contact the ministry directly. We desire accessibility and inclusion whenever possible.
